How can update a new checking account for payout while previous bank checking not exist anymore

How to add a new checking account  for ebay payout while impossible to login my older checking account which I closed long time ago, I forgot my ebay was link to my older bank checking account,  now this bank account is not exist anymore, ebay requires to login old bank to verify, how can I just add my new checking account? I called my older bank, because I already closed my account,  so no checking with them any more,  they tell me to call ebay, but I tried for a week, ebay customer service impossible to get a live person to talk, also the help contact center I tried millions times, none of works, help, pls.

This ebay account I used since 2014, I mostly buy, but recently I am cleaning my closet,  I have some good new clothes I neverwear, so I want to sell. Now I am stuck with that older closed checking account , can't do anything!!!

I really wish ebay has a real customer service, like a live person can talk,  this is very inconvenient when something happens unusual,  I just want to update my new checking account to replace my older one, which I can't login my older bank account anymore because I closed the old bank a while ago, what should I do now, any experiences any ideas pls, emergency????

To update your checking account for payouts in Seller Hub:

    Go to the Payments

    Select Edit next to Payout method.

    Make your changes and select Update bank account.
