How can i buy item?

I have been looking at products on eBay for a long time without registering, and finally decided to buy. I created an account, added an address, a card for payment. I went to buy, but eBay does not let me do this. The product I want to buy is https://www.ebay.com/itm/335764167357 . I wrote to the support chat, they say that I must go through some additional verification by phone. I have not encountered this in any other service. But ok. I went to find out how to call, but eBay can only call Canada or the USA. What should I do?

@kypr6718  I am sorry but sellers are not able to ship to Ukraine at this time.  

You can talk to customer service on social media but this will not change anything.  

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

eBay might have saved you from making quite an expensive mistake.  That seller has received several negative feedbacks, all of which are in regard to a computer that arrived inoperable.  To be fair, he does have a few hundred positive feedbacks, but I think all those negatives tell a story I wouldn't want to be the next chapter in.

@kypr6718.  I am sorry.   Unfortunately it's not possible to ship to Ukraine due to the war.   We also can't ship to Russia and a few other countries.
