Hi - I’m a buyer who cancelled an order immediately after buying it (long story). The buyer rejected the cancellation request. I reached out to her and she said that she would be glad to cancel the order, just send her a new request. Well, I cannot send a new request because the cancel screen said my request was cancelled by the sell. The seller is nice and wants to help but claimed they cannot do anything without a cancellation request. Q: can the seller cancel the order? If do, how? Thank you!

Hi @trader_gus You can only cancel an order yourself within an hour after buying. After that, the seller must cancel for you. Send the seller another message asking her to cancel. If she doesn't know how, tell her to search Help & Contact for "cancelling an order."
