How can I retrieve an item I accidentally deleted from my watch list?

I thought perhaps there might be a "recently deleted" list of my "watched" items somewhere. Of course I can search through listings again. However,  the deleted item was a pair of earrings, I do not remember the Seller, and there are thousands of earrings listed. I was hoping for a quick & practical solution. Thank you for trying, though!

Maybe search your computer's history?  No, there is no eBay shortcut.
