How can I open a case with Ebay

Seller did not advertise product correctly.  I asked to return the product at Seller's expense.  Seller offered $5 refund which is not acceptable.   I now want to open a case with Ebay but it won't allow me to do so, saying that a case is already open and the Seller's offer of a refund of $5 was declined.

I guess that you have to give a follow-up to the return you already asked for. Now: asking eBay to step in.

Notice that there are two kind of returns. Buyer's remorse and faulty item.

For a faulty, misrepresented item the seller has to provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. After 3 business days you can.
