I sold a pair of men's Johnson & Murphy dress shoes that I listed as size 15 because that was the size stated inside the shoe. The size was believable to me because I wear a size 6.5 in women's shoes and these shoes were huge next to mine and everyone in my family (sizes 7-9). The buyer left me a message which I did not see when I checked eBay that day about 4:00 am. I had a gigantic garage sale that kept me so busy that it was hard to eat or go to the bathroom. My legs were hurting so badly I went straight to bed afterwards. The next morning I notice he's already given me negative feedback for selling him kids shoes (not true) saying they were probably size 8 or 9 (also not true) and ignoring his complaint (I didn't see it when I checked my email that morning). He understood when I explained to him why I hadn't answered him on that same day, that I never intended to deceive anyone, and I'd be glad to refund his money which I did. However, I asked if he'd remove the negative feedback. I said that I'd investigate how to go about doing this and he said he would also. I filled out the revision request. A day later the negative feedback is still there. Am I doing what I'm supposed to do to get the feedback removed? Is it hard for him to remove the feedback? What needs to be done by either of us?

If you sent the Buyer a Feedback Revision form, he can revise a negative to a neutral or positive but the Buyer cannot remove it. The Feedback needs to be less than 30 days old. He has 10 days to revise it after receiving the form. EBay will send him a reminder.
