How can I get my funds released?

I have over $3000 sitting on my account that is restricted I’m not gonna go into the reason is because they’re invalid and they’re absolutely false but I can’t change the fact that they restricted my account permanently from selling. I’m trying to figure out it says that I can’t get my funds until my account is reinstated but the account is permanently restricted, so does that mean I can’t ever get my funds out? Do I need to get an attorney because I’m to the point now where I’m gonna spend the money that is in there just to get the money out so I can prove a **bleep** point, which really sucks but I don’t know what else to do. I’m not gonna just sit here and let them just keep my money. I needed that money two months ago and they’ve just held onto it for no other reason then to just be mean it was supposedly because they wanted to make sure that nothing was returned or there were any issues with items that were sold, but I have reviews and emails from the people that I sold the items to that were very happy with what they bought , please somebody tell me what I’m supposed to do

If somebody here has some infinite wisdom that they are willing to share, I would be eternally grateful. I’m willing to let anybody look at the messages between myself and the powers that be or whatever information is needed to show you that I have done nothing to deserve what is being done. I mean, is it possible for me to go down to the eBay campus and speak to somebody in person? Because I live just a couple miles away from it, and would love to actually be able to speak to somebody in person so they can see them not some evil whatever they think of me.
