I am trying to talk to a representative about a case that is 10 days old and I was told would be resolved in my favor by last Monday. It involves a ring I received back from Ebay Authenticators and the ring was missing when I received it. They told me I would get a full refund. I cannot get in touch with anybody. Only send an email. Which I have done like 5 times.
