I placed an order at ebay on 11/12 for two ring cams. I wanted to buy two wired ring cams, but wrongly placed the order for cam battery. I created a return case for cancelling the order on the second day and sent several emails to the seller. The seller did not reply any of my emails. After several days, I decided to cancel the case and accepted the cams with battery. But the problem is till now I did not receive the cams. Three weeks have already passed and also no tracking number is provided with the ebay order. My emails to the seller were never replied.
I cannot create a new case for this as I already created one although I canceled it. I want to talk to an ebay customer presentative, but looks like ebay closes its phone customer service (866-540-3229). I even cannot find an email address or on-line chat to report my situation ☹. Is there anyone here that can help me out?

Did you pay with Paypal? PP also offers buyer protection.
