Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.
Thank you. I finally got through to the window to receive a call. So frustrating though because it is not easy when it keeps sending you back to the beginning. I sold a brand new pair of shoes in the original box and the buyer wanted to return them (my listing says no returns) they said that the shoes and the box were damaged. He showed pictures of the box that had a few scrapes on it and the box was wrapped with an outer mailing wrap. Both were in perfect condition and it upsets me that eBay wants me to refund and pay for a return label assuming that I sent a defective product. My feedback is PERFECT since 1999. If it was damaged in shipping does the shipper ever bare any responsibility? It seems I am the loser when I did everything right for the buyer. Thinking of pulling down all of my listings and just donating to charity!!
