You can not change the label that you printed.  You can void the label and print a new one - I understand you do not want to change the shipping address, you just want to add signature requirement.

Signature is not required on shipments under $750, so if you do ship with signature required, you should warn your buyer.  They may have to make a special trip to the PO and most buyers will not be happy with this.

  1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
  2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
  3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
  4. Select Void shipping label.

Do you want to use it to ship to someone else?  You can't do that.   It will change the date of your shipment and will count as late on your metrics.  It will also really confuse the buyer.

eBay has no way for you to buy postage for use on any other items other than eBay sales.  I have always thought this would be something offered--I would use it!  PayPal used to have this, but not anymore.

I am not wanting to ship this to someone else. I need to change the service from Media mail to standard ground or possibly local pick up. How do I do that? I have not printed the label

I am not wanting to ship this to someone else. I just want to change the shipping service and the client will need to pay the difference. I have not printed the label sent to me.

Did the buyer ask for the change?  If not, then you can not ask them to pay more.  If they did, set up a listing for them to purchase for the upgrade, like this -

When you purchase the new label, select the new service.
