Buyer sold me weak and defective item.
One of the items broke a few days before free return day.
I opened a dispute for a refund. The seller accepted the return but did not provide a return label. As he thinks the item is in good condition and has no defect.
I want to ask ebay to intervene in the process. But I don't understand how to do it.
The purchase was made on ebay.de, but unfortunately the customer support there is only in German.

Ask US customer service how to escalate your case to get the seller to give you the funds for the return. The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay

You have to wait 3 business days before 'ask us to step in' will show as an option.

Thanks.
But there is still no any button like to ask eBay "step in" to my dispute.
But I guess that the seller did it on purpose. He accepted my return but didn't provide enough data. So I couldn't call eBay.
