I was referring to a 2 year insurance plan from AllState to cover the chair if anything went wrong in that amount of time. They held up my order so I could get it and the delivery date changed as well. It was a birthday present and now it will be late.

Check this page. It looks like you'll need to enter your item # to find a policy (you'll find the item number on the listing or in your My eBay > Purchase History).
