How buyer close an open request for return

I have tried and tried to get help for this and the assistant doesn’t understand my question.

When you go back to the return case, you'll see an option there to close it.

Don't close a return unless you are sure you don't want to return the item or the seller as already resolved the problem and there is no more action required on his part. You will not be able to re-open it.
