How I change my time on ebay?

I moved from PST to midwest  and when I list something it shows my listing started at Pacific time, thank you

eBay USA runs on Pacific Time and you cannot change this setting.  Sometimes eBay tries to adjust the time to your zone but you cannot count on it.  You just have to make the correction yourself when making a listing.
