How Do I Package Auto Body Parts For Shipping By UPS Or By Fedex the most cost effective way?
I've never shipped fenders or plastic grilles so it'd help to know if I have to box everything or most things or if tape and bubble wrap will do for a 6 foot long bumper cover or a 4 foot long grille or a 5 foot long deflector.
T'here's a 4 foot wheel well apron too.

Hi @wav412
Regardless of the carrier you select you might be able to get a good free source of Styrofoam from a local Appliance store, check on a Monday. I got tons of it for free a couple of years ago because they typically throw it out or let the local cup manufacturer (Dart container in our area) pick it up and make cups out of it.
We're talking the big pieces that come out of refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer boxes. You can cut it with a hand saw (but have a Shop vac handy) to the size you need to help pad and protect large items for shipping.
Take a closed van or trailer when you pick it up so it doesn't blow all over the road.
