After a near perfect Feedback record, I had the privilege of dealing with that special buyer who decided to write one of the worst reviews a seller can get. There is no chance this guy will accept a revision. He didn't want a return, he was upset that the package got caught up in a storm and was delayed. I shipped the next business day using the only service (Fedex ground) that was offered on my listing. He was not a nice guy and there was no reasoning with him. I would do whatever was needed to fix any mistake I made, however there was nothing I could fix here, and nothing I would have done differently. I expected a negative, however after reading what he wrote, I am wondering if he might have crossed the line a bit with the book that he wrote me. I am simply looking for advice on if I would have a shot calling ebay . This is something I have never had to do and not sure if he violated any rules. I would really appreciate any feedback on my recent Negative feedback. It cant be missed. Thanks in advance.

It never hurts to ask customer service to review it for removal - I would focus on the delay being caused by the storms. I don't see anything in his comments that would make it removable.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you” - https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.

Thank you very much. I took your advice and they actually took the nasty message down. They said it violated the policy. They did still leave the negative, however there is no comment. I am fine with that as it was the customers right to leave the negative whether I felt I deserved it or not. The comment however was over the top and very unprofessional. I am calling it a win .

Great - I'm glad they were able to at least remove the wording.
