Honest Feedback

Ebay wishes me to provide feedback on my buyers.  However the space given for that feedback only allows for positive feedback.  There is no box for neutral or negative, which, in one case, prevents me from providing accurate feedback.  Has anybody encountered the same issue?  How do you provide non positive feedback?

-- Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for any reason. Only positive (green dot) feedback is available. Also, do not leave a "negative comment" along with the positive (green dot) feedback.

Not meaning to be pedantic, but "Sellers cannot leave negative feedback [for their buyer] for any reason."  Simply being a seller does not entail an all-encompassing removal of ability ... a seller can also be a buyer, in which capacity s/he could leave a neg for his seller.
