Homepage always come up as an error message from eBay stating they'll be back shortly. I can't list

This is getting so ridiculous. Everytime I go to revise an item, it won't relist. It just takes be to the subject matter. What the heck

Some users seem to be getting a "homepage down" message when trying to list or add photos to a listing. But many other users are not having any problem, so it is not clear what the problem is.
