On the fifth day cancel the transaction for non-payment. Buyer will get a strike on their account and you will not be charged selling fees and can relist.

The eBay help page about dealing with unpaid items is here.
On the fifth day of no payment, a seller will be able to choose “unpaid” as a reason. When that is chosen, the item is canceled, neither party can leave feedback, fees are credited back, and the nonpayer gets a strike.
Sellers can set their buyer requirements to block any bidder with 2 strikes in a year. Hopefully you have that set up.
The fly in the ointment is, if the seller sends an invoice, the 4 days (96 hours) starts all over. Don’t send invoices. eBay sends an invoice and a couple days later, sends a strongly worded reminder. If the buyer doesn’t respond to either of those prompts by paying, a flimsy invoice from the seller isn’t likely to get a response either.
Leaving positive feedback with negative comments is a violation. Sellers that get caught doing this will have the comment removed and receive a mark on their account. Now the seller gets punished and not the nonpayer. Like shooting one’s own foot.
All of the delays and time the product was on the market and optimal exposure, that’s the cost of doing business.
Sell as Fixed Price (Buy It Now) and require immediate payment. No more unpaid items, ever.
