Out to the right of the item of interest, click the More Actions button, then click Hide Order at the bottom of the drop down menu that appears. Or it might say Hide Item; I've seen it both ways. If you want to see those items again, you only have to click the link near the top of the list that toggles between Hidden and Not Hidden.
If your purpose is to conceal items from others who have access to your account – for example, if the items are gifts – remember if they have access to the account, they also have access to the "Hidden" link, so they could still snoop.
