Hi, is it ok to send to a different address on an invoice than the registered address?

The buyer has bought with buy it now. The invoice directs me to post to a different location than the registered address. Is this ok? Many thanks

Sellers do not receive invoices.  You are required to ship to the address the buyer provided at checkout.  Sellers are not allowed to change the address. 

If your buyer is messaging you that they chose the wrong address at checkout, make sure that it is the buyer.  If so, you would have to cancel the transaction with the reason problem with address, relist, and then have them purchase again.
