There are very small scratches looks like dust only when screen is off in just the right reflection you can see these scratches cannot feel them at all.. I won't give a $20 refund. I had already given him $10 off

He's asking for a return that he doesn't deserve I know he's being vindictive in a pain on purpose. Treating me like I'm stupid in my messages to begin with. Now he wants to do this. I don't need the money. It's just the principal now. He's doing it to make my name look bad on eBay. I have a 100% satisfactory rate too
