If I close a store - do I have to pay any penalty? How do I find out about a penalty?

If you selected the 12 month commitment, then there is a early termination fee if you cancel before the anniversary date. There is a chart here that shows the fee based on the remaining months and the store level -

If you are on the month to month plan, then there is no early termination fee.
