Then you approve the return label, pay return shipping, refund the buyer. Then relist so that the buyer can purchase again.
OR you can just choose to send the correct item without a return. My choice as a seller would depend on the value of the wrong item. You could just go to the sold listing and select Get Another label and adjust the package size and weight as needed and send the correct item.
