I accidental ordered a duplicate product ($362 Rear Rim) which when it came to my house  I told the UPS sender to send it back to the seller.  I never accepted or opened the box.  When I reached out to the seller they said it cam back damaged and they would not give me any money back.    What should I do.  I spent $362 and have no rim to show for it?

That's a tough one - when you refused delivery of the rim, you voided your eBay Buyer Protection.

eBay expects buyers to accept their purchases (Postage Due packages are the exception) and work out any issues with the seller.

Ask the seller or UPS if there is a shipping insurance claim opened on it that may or may not recover some of the loss. Depends how it was damaged.
