Yes I need a mentor I need someone that can give me suggestions or help on a customer that went South on me the lady had asked for return but I told her that I couldn't because I already sent it out I had already shipped it out then when she received the item she said that she now wanted to return for a different reason and eBay returned the item to the person at the customer before I even got the return so now I never got my item returned to me and she got the money back and kept the item and I don't know what to do I appealed it and I don't know someone could help me please

If the buyer opened a case against you and you did not respond to the case within three days then the buyer can "Ask eBay to step in" and they force a refund from you. This gives you a defect on your account because eBay had to make the refund for you. When this first happened you should have come here for advise. Now there is little you can do since eBay had to step in.
