Hello, my original eBay account was a personal account. Later, I wanted to upload more photos, so I changed it to a company account. However, I encountered many difficulties in the process of changing to a company account, so I want to change it to a personal account now. Is it okay?

I'm sorry but, you cannot change a business account to a personal account. You would have to open a new personal account. From eBay help:

Note: Please be aware that once you've upgraded your personal account to a business account, it won't be possible to revert back to a personal account.

I'm not sure why you thought you needed a business account to upload more photos. You can add up to 24 photos to a listing with either type of account.

What should I do now because it won’t let me register a new account? They limited the amount of listings I could post since I have a lot of things to sell so I wanted more listings per month, that’s why I wanted to upgrade to a business account.

So what you wanted was more listings (not more photos). Learn about selling limits here:
