I think I was scammed by a seller. I had won the bid on 2 different auctions by the same seller. It was two fly reels. The seller sent me some fake nails for one of them, and a bag of potting soil for the other one. I filed a return, and the seller said that I had to close the return before they can issue a return. Just need to know if that is correct. Please help.
