Help with order

Seller says i did not pay.  My bank account says payment is pending.  Seller says cancel order.  Order says too late to cancel and contact seller.  Seller says ebay is not letting them cancel the order.  I cant find a way to contact ebay.  Please tell me they are not going to take all of my money!!!!

When you used the eBay checkout function was one of the payment methods listed using your bank account?  Or are you talking about a Debit or Credit Card instead?  I am not aware of Buyers being able to use their personal bank account (like a checking account) to issue an eCheck for payment ... if indeed that was permitted they take 3-5 days to clear in many cases ...

Call your bank and ask them what's going on.  Only Sellers can cancel purchases ... 

Here are the payment methods listed on one of my eBay items ... I am not seeing Bank Account anywhere ...

If it's  pending it could be taking a day or two to clear. Or maybe the seller hasn't attached a checking account to receive the payment.

Sellers most certainly can cancel the transaction as long as they have attached a payment method for seller fees that aren't taken from their payout like  the .30 cancellation fee eBay wants before the seller can refund. 

You can't  cancel because once you make the payment and eBay says awaiting shipment the seller can be confident the payment will eventually make it into their checking account.

The seller's not going to get the money for 14-30 days if they're a new seller.  How much recent feedback as a seller do they have?
