Help with item description and actual image posted not matching.

Just had an issue with a item description or item title and that was what I based my decision to buy it on, then after actually winning and then paying for it I realized the actual picture they used was not the actual item the item title was not the same item. the item was a model kit yet the picture was a toy for action figures. Yes they both were of the same thing but one was made in 2022 while the other was made in 1992. The main thing that gets me now is in the description they make it clear "This is the exact item you will be receiving" which was not the item I was buying I wanted the item the title of the auction was talking about. Now I attempted to contact him at first with a question as to why the item title and the picture where of 2 different items then later on that I do not want the item shown in the picture because is they are not the same items....and I would like this order canceled and since it has not been shipped at least since I got no tracking number can I just be refunded since the item does not match the description of item. yet days later I have no tracking info nor did I get a refund yet,  I just hear nothing but dead air or only hear the crickets chirping at the moment.
