Help with irate customer that is threatening me with bodily harm

I have a buyer who is out of their mind and threatening my family over a $12 item. I offered their money back or to even send the part to fix the item and am still continually getting threats from him. I also want to respond to his feedback he left but it will only allow it if I leave a positive feedback. I do not want to give them positive feedback due to them threatening me. Thanks in advance

You can leave a Reply directly underneath the negative feedback.  See the link off the right, just under where it says Past Month.  Make sure the sort is selected to Recent.  You'll have to change it, it defaults to Relevant even if you don't want it to.  However, although I understand your impulse to tell your side of it, I recommend you don't Reply.  Just let it go.  Don't poke the bear.

Hi @trearra-20   Don't leave feedback or reply to theirs. Put them on your Blocked Buyer List {BBL} and be done with it. Good luck!
