I have a customer that wants to purchase two items in my store. I'm trying to help her combine shipping before purchase. I have my policies set to combine weight for multiple items, however she is unable to complete check out. She's getting a message that says, "You can't request combined shipping for items that require immediate payment. Is there a work around for this? Thanks in advance.
