Good afternoon, I sold a guitar last week for $1700. In the description of the guitar I stated that signature will be required. I shipped the package via FedEx through eBay. FedEx attempted to deliver the guitar 3x and I have now received an email that it is being sent back to me. What should I do? After this I am not interested in relisting this item. I just want to provide a refund and be done with this. I would also not like to lose the $148 it cost in shipping. What do I do?
