I happened to purchase an Apple MacBook Pro
from EBay. ( 13 Sept 2024 )
Soon after receiving the laptop I switched it on within 5 minutes the laptop got very very hot and switched itself “OFF” Mind you the sellers
ELECTROMAZZA CLAIM ALL THIER LAPTOPS ARE TESTED BY THEIR FULLY QUALIFIED ENGINEERES AND 30 days returns policy.
Also covered by 6 Months warranty.
l reported this to eBay and the sellers and are turning a blind eye. Can you please help me Resolve this matter.
