I do not want to return this item. However, the item listed was not what was delivered. The hard drive specs and the drive bay size specs were wrong. I had to purchase the proper hard drive sizes and the proper bay caddys to make this work with what I need. Myself and the seller agreed on a $100 refund for my troubles but I have not received this refund and am afraid I am getting ripped off. I need some assistance a
ASAP! I have proof of purchase of the proper hard drives as well as proof of purchase of what the seller was advertising along with proof of what the server came with and proof of the messages the seller agreed with on the $100 refund. HELP!
