Does USPS offer packing services? I'm trying to figure out how to use this feature for a shipment on eBay, but I'm having trouble finding the option. Any guidance would be appreciated!

No, the PO will not pack your shipment for you. You can buy packing services at an ups store, but I assume they will want you to ship it ups through them.
You can go to the ups store, and buy boxes and packing materials and pack it yourself, then buy the shipping labels through eBay. You might be able to get what you need at Walmart for less, but it will depend on the size - they may not have a box large enough.
I saw a weight of 73# in your photos - you will need to send it in multiple boxes to ship usps ground - the max package weight for usps is 70#.

Thank you for the information! I have a couple of follow-up questions:
I appreciate your guidance.

If the weight and dimensions you use to buy the label are correct, there are no fees beyond the label purchase. When you buy the label, you have the option to add more insurance - I would add enough to cover the full value. Each label will only include $100 of coverage.
You can schedule a pickup of your packages. eBay will show you that option after you buy your labels, or you can go to usps.com, create an account and schedule your pickup there.
