Help with Shipping Charges 2 different prices!!!

Can anyone help me! I have not sold on ebay for over a year.  And now when I send a invoice and calculate the postage the invoice gives on price that is far less then when I go to print the Shipping Label. What is going on. I had no problem before! I know ebay is not using paypal anymore for shipping.  So why is the such a difference in the shipping charges?

I looked at one listing, that states $1.20 for first class shipping.  That means you plan to use a plain white envelope.  Although you can specify that in your description, you cannot use ebay to print your label.  ebay only prints labels with TRACKING, so you are being charged for a first class PACKAGE price.  If you want to keep with the $1.20 cost, then handwrite your envelope and affix postage stamps onto the envelope and mail it.  If you want to use ebay to print your labels, then you will need to select first class PACKAGE when you select the shipping method when creating your listing.

ebay recently allowed stamps to use their new ebay standard envelope for shipping.
