Help with Return

Hello,

I sold my first item today,  but within a few minutes of selling it, the buyer cancelled the order. Now the buyer is requesting their money back, but since this is my first time selling, the funds are on hold for 2 weeks. I can’t use the money on hold to give it back to him, am I really suppose to come out of pocket to give him his money back and wait 2 weeks myself to get reimbursed because he put the wrong shipping address?

Yes

You have to cover the refund, then when the buyers payment is released, the funds will be sent to your checking account.
