Help to close a now solved return case

Hi! PayPal says they’re holding the money of a transaction because the buyer issued a return. However, I managed to resolve the issue with the buyer. The problem was that the electronic wasn’t working properly, after a few messages through eBay the buyer says that he’ll keep it, since there’s no problem with it and the electronic is working properly. Question is, what do I do now? PayPal says it will hold the money until the issue is resolved but now it is.

The buyer needs to close the Return Request. Tell them to go to their Request details, and click on the link "Close request".
