I bought an item at auction and have already paid for it, however, I forgot to change my old address and bought it with a US delivery address. However, I now live in Portugal. I tried to cancel the order, but I received a message that it was not possible and asked me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and he suggested that I could change the address and send it to the address in Portugal.
The problem is that I need to pay the shipping costs and VAT for shipping to Portugal. If I don't do this, I will have problems with customs. I really need to cancel the order and make the purchase again but with the address in Portugal. What should I do?

You need to use the CONTACT SELLER link in your Purchase history, and explain that the transaction needs to be cancelled, relisted, so you can purchase with the correct SHIP TO address in Portugal.
