Literally! I purchased a Cotopaxi windbreaker early January. It was sent to the wrong address and was actually sent back to the seller by the wrong recipient. I have been contacting the seller and they have never responded! I HAVE NO JACKET AND NO REFUND! So the only way to start a refund was to start a return.. I HAVE NO JACKET TO RETURN!! So I closed the return, now I have no recourse?!! This really feels like theft.. Why can’t I call eBay??

You made a mistake when you filed the Return Request.
You needed to file a Refund Request due to Item Not Received with proof that it was not delivered to your shipping address. Since the Return Request has been closed, you can no longer have Ebay help you.
You can file a dispute through Paypal or your credit card company but you will have to prove that it was not delivered to you which means contacting the shipping company.
