I sent a customer the wrong color of an item. We got it worked out where he started a return while I sent him the correct color. He received the right color, told me that in an email and has left me good feedback. He's happy! I received the wrong color back and eBay wants me to refund within 5 days. I tried their bot and just got sent around in a circle. Is there a way to get a live human so I can get this resolved? Thanking you in advance for any help you can give me!!

In the future, the buyer files a Returns Request, sends the item back. Seller refunds the buyer. Seller relists the item, buyer purchases again, seller ships out the correct item.
