Help, a package never arrived via USPS

The package has been in transit for more than 15 days and has not arrived. The tracking shows that it was delivered but the package was never delivered to me. Does anyone know what I can do? eBay is not giving me a solution and neither is the seller. I have already filed a complaint with USPS.

All you can do is to ask your local post officed to check the GPS information on the delivery.  This can only be done at the post office and not online.  If the GPS shows the package was delivered to your location there is nothing that eBay or the seller can do for you.  You would have to be able to prove to eBay that the package was delivered to another address and that the address on the package was not your address before eBay can step in an help.
