Hello Community:
It is possible that I did something wrong when making the listing. I haven't made a listing in a few years. While attempting to include as much of the suggested info as possible, I kept seeing "Complete Your Listing" but nothing clearly told me what to do. I do know that I put in, twice, that I wanted the listing to go on sale Monday May 20. I wanted to get other items ready to go on sale at the same time, not one at a time. Boy was I shocked when I got a notice last night that the item was on sale.
How can I yank that product off the market and set the sell date to another date? I have rolled around in the customer service information pages and have not found an answer.
Also, where do I find the steps to "Complete Your Listing"? I think when I did something, unknown to me at the time, I cancelled my chosen listing launch date. I want to avoid this happening the next time.
While waiting for a response, I think I'll google "Complete Your Listing in Ebay" and see what I get.
Thank you for your consideration.
Getting Started Again

In your list of active items, select end item next to each that you want to remove.
Once ended, go to your unsold items and select relist next to one. In the schedule section select your desired start date. Then click submit your listing. You should then be able to go to scheduled listings and see your item there with your desired start time. Repeat for the second item.
After you use relist and set the scheduled start time, there is nothing more to complete.
If you were clicking ‘save for later’, instead of selecting ‘list it’, then the item would show under drafts - that is where you would go to complete your listing.
