I have bought a video game on ebay, the item was sent from Hong Kong.
The estimated time was between 05/29/2021 and 07/04/2021.
The item was stuck at ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), and never sent out.
I found some phone numbers related to ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) and
when I called, they all NOT IN SERVICE!!
So I contacted the seller for a refund. I sent him several messages on 07/05/2021.
He read my messages, but DID NOT reply me.
How do I know he read my messages?
It's because he changed the deadline to 08/04/2021!!!
He obviously is treating me like a stupid.
Then today is 07/08/2021. I found several ebay Customer numbers and they are also NOT IN SERVICE!!
What is wrong with ebay?
How and where can I find someone from ebay I can talk to in person about my refund?
I filed a dispute on ebay, but seems no one is handling it right now.
The forum is my last chance.
If anyone can help, either providing some REAL ebay customer phone number or
anything related to ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) so I can contact to that would be great.
I want my refund. Thank you very much.
