Help - Customer is trying to return something because he ordered it wrong.

Customer says he received wrong item - he did not. Received exactly what was in the listing - then he says it doesn't fit my house. Where do I go from here? Capture.JPG

Re: Help - Customer is trying to return something because he ordered it wrong.

The buyer opened the wrong return request. The buyer "ordered" the wrong item, rather than "received" the wrong item. The case that has currently been opened must be addressed by you within three days, or you forfeit.

To do so, you could send a reply within the case that this is a remorse return and that you don't accept returns, or you could let them know that you will accept the item back, but the buyer must pay shipping.

In any event, I would still contact customer support to either change the nature of the case or close it.  Scroll to the bottom of this help page, click "Contact us" and type "agent" into the chat that opens.
