< Is there a way to talk to some one at ebay >
I wish I had a nickel for every time this has been asked. eBay really should make it obvious and easy. That's my opinion, but to date, eBay has not asked for it. I can tell you the only way I know, which I'm sort of embarrassed to tell, because it's so poor. Here goes:
At the top of this page, click the eBay Help link. There's a Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page, also, but the top of the page is easier to find. When you click that eBay Help link, you're directed to the Customer Service home page. Scroll to the bottom and click the Contact Us link. Then, you'll have to drill down through a couple of categories (it doesn't matter what you choose) until eventually, on the left, there's a Chat with our automated assistant link. Click that. Go to the chat section on the right, and click See More, and scroll down through the expanded list, and the last choice will be Contact an agent.
Now... while I was typing the above, I followed the steps myself to make sure I got them correct. I stopped at the Contact an agent link and didn't click it, so I can't say – don't know – what follows that, but I'm sure that eBay makes proceeding past it just as easy as getting to it. Good luck.
Here's another possibility for you. Why not give the experienced members that respond on these boards a crack at your problem? Unless it requires actually going into your account, it's practically a certainty that someone will be able to advise you. Again, good luck.
