Hello, sold an item. buyer paid for it and postage. buyer wants to payme the add'l postage. how?

Postage I charged buyer was way less than I paid to ship it. he wanted more security when I sent it. he is happy to pay the extra amount. asked me to bill him. but how do I do this?

Hi @compass88 

If the Buyer has already paid you cannot adjust the shipping cost ... message them and advise them to ask you to cancel so you can do that without a strike on your account.  Then you can Relist the item with the higher priced shipping and they can pay that.

eBay has NO provisions to send an invoice for more money then what the Buyer paid.
