Hello I'm having problems setting up pyoneer

When I go on the register here link.

It wants me to log in on pyoneer but once I try to it says that the pyoneer information doesn't match. So I checked my details and it says am on morroco through eBay. Although I go back and check the settings tab and go on profile info it says USA. So idk what to do I try the find an answer. I might need to talk to someone in the phone .
